One of Gracelyn's Dances

This song is of Gracelyn Dancing to the song "Girls".  I like this performance the best.  I missed a few seconds in the beginning but still a cute video.  This performance was done at the Lagoon Competition Spring 2013

My Abigail

So the other day, Abigail informs me that she wants to be an animal rescuer when she grows.  I asked her, "What kind of animals do you want to rescue?"  She replies, "The ones at the zoo."  So I corrected her that she wanted to be a zoo keeper.  She then tells me, "If I just had a car I would go take care of them now.".  Of course, I laughed. (That silly girl is obsessed with cars)  So I asked her which animals at the zoo would she like to care for.  She replied, "the giraffes".  I said they would think she is a snack to eat since she is so small.  She then tells me that she really wants to take care of the dragons.  I told her, "Dragons do not exist. They are not real."  She said, "Sure they do.  I really like the ones with wings that fly."  She was so sure I just had to let it be!  I think she thinks the movie, "How to Tame Your Dragon" must be real?

I love her imagination.  Ahhh... To be a kid:)  She also says the funniest things!

Scrapbooking fun!

My Memories Blog is having Scrapbook Challenge.  The prize is a Beautiful Custom necklace from Origami Owl.  I love necklaces and I love personalized things that have meaning.  So I chose to enter.  I needed to create a scrapbook page that shows my "charming life".   So I thought I would give it a shot.  Even If I don't win the challenge I have a great Scrapbook page to add to my collections.
I have been blessed with 3 beautiful daughters.  They (along with my husband/best friend) are MY LIFE!  There is no other place I would love to be as long as I was with them!

When I was a baby my mother had my pictures taken in the dress shown above.  She kept that dress safe and when my first daughter was born we pulled that dress out.  I have had all of my girls photographed in the same dress I was, when they were about 4 weeks old.  I hope when they grow up and start their families we can pull that same dress out and continue on the tradition!
